REGISTRATION & SEATING DETAILS
If you are planning to sit with your friends during the auction dinner, please choose a "group name" to use for your table.  Once you have decided on a name, share it with your group and enter the name in the "group nameoption during registration.  Please be sure that your entire group is using the same group name during registration.  

If you are not planning on arranging a table group you can either enter your friends names or your child's grade level in the "special accomodations" section to help us with seating arrangements.  Everyone will be required to enter something in this section.  If you have already entered a group name please just type NA into the special accomodations section.

Tennis Clinic - May 22, 2011

Cost: $35.00 per child (all grades)
Tennis clinic lead by the Gross and DiGuilio families.  Aaron Gross and Susie Campbell-Gross are the head Men's & Women's coaches at the University of Portland.  They will give participants an hour and a half intensive tennis lesson.  Snacks included.  Bring your tennis shoes and a racket!

Enjoy an afternoon of family fun at the Portland International Raceway on Sunday, April 10th from 1:00pm-5:00pm.  This event features age based cycle cross races for all ages.  Price includes race, pizza, beverages, prizes, and free entrance to watch the chump car races while you're there (bleacher and standing area).  Free entrance to PIR at back entrances

We still need items for the Silent Auction!

You have 10 days left to win the Procurement Contest!

The auction still needs your help procuring items for the silent auction.
Think about what you yourself might have to offer; a guided fishing tour down your favorite river, tickets to the ballet from your own set of season tickets, a gift certificate to a restaurant that your family member owns, etc.  Don't forget that there are many businesses who are willing to donate, all you need to do is ask.
