Auction Night Details

We can't wait to see you tomorrow night at the St. Clare Auction,  "Celebrating St. Clare - Our Bridge to the Future"!!    Here are a few details about the event. Location   Melody Ballroom   615 Southeast Alder St Portland, 97214     Time Silent Auction - 5:30pm Oral Auction/Dinner - 7:15pm Silent Auction / Registration Did you forget to register, or do you want to bring a friend to the silent portion of our auction.  Feel free to register at the door tomorrow night! Parking Carpooling is encouraged.  You are welcome to park on the street (parking enforcement ends at 6:00pm), or the Melody Ballroom provides free parking at the following parking; Melody Ballroom lot - 7th & Washington US Bank lot - Corner of Grand & Washington US Bank lot - SW Corner of SE 6th & Alder Bank of America lot - Weatherly Bldg. 6th & Morrison (entrance on Grand between Morrison and Belmont) Checkout Attendees who wish to pay by credit card for purchases will be able to have their credit cards pre-swiped as they check in at the door.  You will still review your purchases at checkout, but your payment information will already be in the system.  Those who wish to pay by cash or check may still do so.
