Do you have questions about REGISTRATION?

This is the first year that the St. Clare Auction is completely digital.  We hope you are as excited about the ease of this new registration process as we are, but just in case it's got you confused here are a few simple tips.

The first question on everyone's mind is, "who will we sit with?".

There are a few different options for you to choose from.

  • The first and easiest option is to arrange a table with your friends.  All tables this year will seat 10 people.  All you need to do is find 4 other couples and all of a sudden you have a full table.  Choose a "group name" to use during registration, and share it with the friends you will be sitting with.  The group name can be anything really, a last name, the name of a bridge, or even your dog's name.  As long as you all use the same "group name" you will all be seated at the table together....EASY!  (See the photo below to find out where to enter the "group name" during registration.)
  • Preschool & Kindergarten parents:  If you would like to sit with other parents from the preschool or kindy class, simply type either "preschool" or "kindergarten" into the "group name" option and you will be seated accordingly....super EASY!  (See the photo below to find out where to enter the "group name" during registration.)

  • The second option is to simply list your friend's names in the "special accommodations" box.  The guest services team will look at your request and seat you accordingly.  (See the photo below to find out where to enter the "group name" during registration.)
  • The third option is to list your child's grade level in the "special accommodations" box.  The guest services team will then seat you with other parents in your child's grade.  (See the photo below to find out where to enter the "group name" during registration.)
  • The fourth option is to type "parish" into the "special accommodations" box.  The guest services team will then seat you accordingly.  (See the photo below to find out where to enter the "group name" during registration.)
  • If you have no preference in seating arrangements, or have already typed in a "group name", then just simply type NA in the "special accommodations" box.  Everyone will be forced to type something in the "special accommodations" box, so feel free to send us a message if you would like or just give us a :).


Don't forget to pre-pay for wine at your table, and for the "sign-up" events!!....oh, so super EASY!
