Auction Night Details

We can't wait to see you tomorrow night at the St. Clare Auction,

Silent Auction / Registration
Did you forget to register, or do you want to bring a friend to the silent portion of our auction.  Feel free to register at the door tomorrow night!

Parking
Carpooling is encouraged.  You are welcome to park on the street (parking enforcement ends at 6:00pm), or the Melody Ballroom provides free parking at the following parking;
  • Melody Ballroom lot - 7th & Washington
  • US Bank lot - Corner of Grand & Washington
  • US Bank lot - SW Corner of SE 6th & Alder
  • Bank of America lot - Weatherly Bldg. 6th & Morrison (entrance on Grand between Morrison and Belmont)
Checkout
Attendees who wish to pay by credit card for purchases will be able to have their credit cards pre-swiped as they check in at the door.  You will still review your purchases at checkout, but your payment information will already be in the system.  Those who wish to pay by cash or check may still do so.

Class contest to sell raffle tickets!

Don't forget about the raffle!
This year's raffle will cure any winter blues that you might have.  A trip to Kauai, an iPad, or $150 worth of Scrip.  St. Clare School is currently holding a class competition that will end on March 7th.  The winning class will receive an additional free dress day this year.  Please read the Raffle Chair's letter below to learn more.


First Prize (Value $2,500):
7 night stay on the island of Kauai at a newly remodeled beachfront condo, sleeps 6
Plus 2 roundtrip tickets on Alaska Airlines (mileage tickets, certain restrictions apply)

Second Prize (Value $599):

$150 worth of Scrip

Tickets are only $25.00 each

....but doesn't 4 for $100.00 sound even better!

Tickets can be purchased at the Scrip table during morning drop-off and on Sundays after Mass in the Parish Hall.

Dear St. Clare Families,

The auction is only two weeks away!  Today, we talked with students about a class raffle competition. The class that sells the most raffle tickets between now and March 7 will win a Free Dress Day.

For families that have already turned in your raffle tickets, we have credited those evenly among your children.  For instance, if you have three kids and bought four raffle tickets, then each of your children's class will get credit for 1.33 tickets.  From here on, I will credit the sellers name on the raffle stub.

We sent home four raffle tickets with each family a couple weeks ago.  If you would like more tickets, please let me know and I will get them to you.  You can email me at ebooth@covantaenergy.com

Formal wedding attire is strongly encouraged; points will be awarded to costumes based on actual Kate & William attendees (royal hob-knobbers), those who should be at the wedding but may have been overlooked, and/or others who wish they could be there....a large hat or even a tiara might be appropriate.
