Mary Kate Poky Pedal - May 21, 2011

The 2nd Annual Mary Kate Poky Pedal is in honor of Mary Kate Booth.  We had so much fun last year, we decided to make it an annual event!

Join us for a family bike ride led by Melissa and Hudson Cree.  The ride starts at Oak's Park and heads up the Springwater Trail to the Ross Island Bridge and back.  The Poky Pedal includes Pizza, soda, and prizes to be given after the ride.  Melissa Cree will also run a biking safety class prior to the event for all children who have signed up for the ride.

We hope you join us, and don't forget your yellow shirt.  There is nothing better than a blaze of sunshine especially in the rain....oh, did I mention this event will take place rain or shine :)

Only $50.00 per family, and teachers ride free with their families.

Father Daughter Prom - April 8, 2011

The Father Daughter Dance is a St. Clare tradition, and this year it is going to be even better....it's a Prom!

Your little girl is the apple of your eye.  Get ready to spend a wonderful evening of dancing, eating pizza and having some QT with your daughter.  Our DJ will spin the best tunes, while you dance the night away.  Each family will receive a commemorative 5x7 photo.  Don't miss this extraordinary event!

Now in its 18th year!

Continuing a long tradition, the St. Clare Benefit Auction is set for March 12, 2011 at the Melody Ballroom. This year's auction promises to be a fun and exciting evening, and the 4th Grade class looks forward to hosting St. Clare's highest profile event of the year. Having celebrated Mardi Gras, dined in Paris, reached for the stars, dreamed big, and undertaken the Great Oregon Adventure, the auction this year brings together the successes of auctions past, and looks to the future and all that it holds for our community.

Celebrating St. Clare: Our Bridge To The Future

This year's theme evokes an image of connection, and stresses the importance we place on the foundation of our children's education. Many metaphors come to mind, such as withstanding an economic downturn on one side, and providing hope and renewal on the other! On the more practical side, the St. Clare Benefit Auction is the biggest fundraiser of the year, bridging the gap between tuition revenues and operating costs. So please join us in celebrating St. Clare. As a bridge enables the crossing of an obstacle, help us get beyond this economic morass. Come and provide our school and preschool with a bridge to the future.

We are currently seeking help with check‐out coordination on the night of the event, but there’s always room on our team for whatever your interest might be.
